Law for the Arts

Published 12.01.06 at 08:30

On the first Wednesday of every month, the Queen Mary University Legal Advice Centre dedicates advice sessions to individuals involved with the arts. These sessions are devoted to clients who have any concerns relating to their creative work, providing them with the legal advice they may not otherwise be able to obtain.

Budding web-designers, musicians, artists, writers, sculptors and actors etc who cannot afford, in the early stages of their career, to access the legal advice they need, can now go to a place where enthusiastic students under the supervision of volunteer lawyers, research their legal issues and provide written advice.

To book an appointment contact the Legal Advice Centre Office on 020 7288 7630 or email them at lac@qmul.ac.uk

And you can also like their Facebook page and follow them on Twitter
