The digital industry is back into growth and that means an increasing amount of development being put into digital content, software, applications and solutions. If you are a creator and innovator in the digital industry then you need to know how to exploit your creativity and make sure that you protect your innovation before looking at the ways to make money from it.

Alex Chapman from Briffa law firm will discuss how you go about this and the various options available.

About the speaker
Alex Chapman is a solicitor and partner with Briffa specialising in games and interactive media in which he has helped build a leading practice. He is regarded as a leading figures in this field and has first-hand knowledge of the industry as part of development teams on a number of successful titles before taking up the law. He now acts principally for developers including Sports Interactive and Creative Assembly and does so from an intellectual property base, handling commercial contracts with publishers and other media providers.
