Law for the Arts

On the first Wednesday of every month, the Queen Mary University Legal Advice Centre dedicates advice sessions to individuals involved with the arts. These sessions are devoted to clients who have any concerns relating to their creative work, providing them with the legal advice they may not otherwise be able to obtain.

Budding web-designers, musicians, artists, writers, sculptors and actors etc who cannot afford, in the early stages of their career, to access the legal advice they need, can now go to a place where enthusiastic students under the supervision of volunteer lawyers, research their legal issues and provide written advice.
